''Bucculatrix kendalli'' is a moth in the Bucculatricidae family. It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from Texas. The length of the forewings is 2.6-2.9 mm for males and 2.6-2.8 mm for females. The forewings are slightly glossy dark fuscous, with unicolorous scales and marked with pure white. The hindwings are fuscous. The larvae feed on ''Colubrina texensis''. They mine the leaves of their host plant.
